Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Springbok Academy is open Monday through Friday 7 am-6 pm. Springbok is open year round with the exception of the following holidays:​

• MLK Day

• Good Friday

• Friday Before Memorial Day

• Memorial Day

• Juneteenth

• Fourth of July

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving Wednesday through Friday

• Christmas Eve through the first working day after New Year's

• Christmas Day

 

Q: What does my tuition include?

A: Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and daily activities.  

 

Q: What does the Activity Fee cover and how often do I pay it?
A: The activity fee is paid in January of each year and it covers the cost of most of the disposable art supplies.

 

Q: What is your child: staff ratio?
A: Except for our Infant Area, we are at or below state ratios in all of our classrooms. In our Infant area, we are at state ratio for each of our classes.

 

Q: Are parents welcome to visit during the day?
A: Yes! Springbok has an open door policy. We welcome you to come hang out and play or come eat lunch with your child.

 

Q: What type of training is required for your staff members?
A: We require 24 hours of training annually and we also do in-house training covering specific areas. Everyone on our staff in CPR/First Aid certified and is trained to recognize the signs and symptoms associated with Shaken Baby Syndrome, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, Child/Sexual Abuse and Neglect.

 

Q: What are the sleeping arrangements for nap time?
A: Every child who is over a year old or walking is required to have a cloth sleeping mat. Non-walking infants are assigned their own crib.

 

Q: Does your center take Field Trips?
A: No, the only “Field Trip” we take is to the field adjacent to our property. When the older classes go to the field we maintain Field Trip Ratios.

 

Q: Do you accept CCS?

A: Yes, but our spaces are limited.

 

Q: What age groups do you accept?

A: Springbok Academy accepts Infants starting at 8 weeks and goes through Private Kindergarten.

 

Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: Yes. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.  We also accept Paypal.
